TPM’s divestiture expands Symetri’s U.S. presence, adding 1,200 clients and six Southeast locations in SC, NC, and GA.
Symetri, a provider of digital building information modeling (BIM), product design, and lifecycle solutions, announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire the Autodesk and Bluebeam division of TPM, Inc., a technology company based in Greenville, South Carolina.
TPM having nearly 40 years as an Autodesk partner, 15 years as a Bluebeam partner, and over 1200 clients across the US, this strategic acquisition significantly expands Symetri’s footprint particularly in the Southeast, where TPM operates six locations in Greenville, Columbia, and Charleston, SC; Charlotte and Raleigh, NC; and Atlanta, GA.
As part of its long-term business strategy, TPM has divested its Autodesk and Bluebeam business to focus resources and support growth in areas such as SOLIDWORKS, DriveWorks, TrebleHook, 3D printing, and Color Lab.
